"DELIVERY EXPERIENCE - I live probably too close to this location to order delivery but it’s easier for us. Either way, I get my food cold every time. "This is the worst franchise I have ever been to. They give you wrong pizza and when you tell them on phone that they send you a wrong one, they act rude as if its your mistake and not theirs. The lady on phone was ssoooo rude and arrogant that she told us when we asked her to refund- ‘return MY pie’ and i will cancel the order then. Excuse me? YOUR pie was given to us by YOUR mistake. They really need to learn to talk and understand what customer is asking for. Not going back for sure!"
