"Got a Duralast battery here in September 2022 that was going bad. Called the store to confirm I was under warranty. When I went there, the lady at the counter helped me with getting the replacement but I needed assistance replacing the battery in my car. Thankfully, Joseph was able to assist me at the time I went...on a cold, windy, dark evening. He was kind and took his time carefully replacing my battery despite the challenges of rusty screws not holding down the clamp...doing this all while it's bitter cold out! That didn't stop him from helping me, he continued to find a solution that worked in getting the clamp to hold my battery in place which he was able to do. His service is greatly appreciated and hope his manager, district manager, whomever to give him proper recognition for his efforts!"

"They advertise 39.99 oil plus oil filter and when you spend 20 minutes inside nobody knows what is it for. You spend at the end 20 minutes for nothing. Vey bad customer experience."

"The women behind the counter was very helpful to me. She was able to get the parts I needed for my car and did it with a smile even after all my questions about prices. It’s great that customer service is still required in some places. I noticed a lot of stores have done away with the personal attention we once received as a customer. If you don’t believe me compare Autozone to the big store like (W). At the big box store they can’t even direct you to a bathroom. Lastly the young lady also helped me with a battery I needed for the key to my car. I greatly appreciated her help with that, she took the test me to replace it for me. This Autozone deserves every star they are getting from me."
