"First, they have you hold sometimes over 23 mins, second the woman the works there are VERY RUDE and not helpful at all. One of them even hang up on me. I don't appreciate the attitude and will have to speak to the manager about the attitude."

Hold time is usually 5-10 minutes & you get lucky if they don't hang up on you after asking for your phone number 3 or 4 times. They are only in business because of their rock bottom prices. That is it!! Don't expect knowledgeable, friendly service from any of these ass clowns!"
