"My husband found this restaurant on yelp in a search close to our home. What a WIN!!! The place is very colorful with Peruvian coast and their world famous ruins! We ordered fish fillet w rice and yuca. The green spaghetti and breaded chicken. Stir fry meat with French fries and rice . The flavor is definitely authentic and delicious. The plate portions are very generous. It’s definitely a must and we got left over for later… Great place to try if you are in the area. See the plates below very good service as well."
"Myrna’s never disappoints. The portions are huge! The prices are fair! The taste is amazing! Myrna’s is my favorite Peruvian restaurant! The service is always superb. I enjoy trying their daily menu options. They have different choices everyday. Plus their “daily menu” comes with either soup or ceviche. It’s a big meal for a good price! It usually saves me from having to cook after a long day. I call ahead and pick up while on my way home. I am also a big fan of their Kearny, NJ location. But now I prefer North Arlington. The North Arlington location has better parking and is a bit more spacious. It’s also very beautifully decorated. It brings me joy whenever I walk into the restaurant and see it packed. I am glad business is going great. Especially because of the location. Not everyone knows what Peruvian food is. If you’re on the fence of trying it, I definitely recommend it. Try their Lomo saltado or arroz chaufa! Their papa a la huancaina is absolutely spectacular. Don’t get me started on the green sauce. It’s perfect! If I could, I would eat from Myrna’s everyday!"
"This review is only for breakfast available on the weekend. The place is small with beautiful artwork. The portions are good sizes. But the meat in the chicharon was way too big. Which meant the meat did not have flavor. My husband said his tamal was ok. I did see some people having lunch. The portions were big but I can’t comment on the flavor. The service was quick."
"If you’re hungry and you’re looking for authentic Peruvian food, head over there. The food is delicious. We had ceviche, chauffa and fish soup. The picture of the fish soup really doesn’t do it justice. The service was timely and super friendly. We had to return during the week because during the weekend, the place was filled up already. We were lucky to get a table."
