"I don't know how the food tastes but the people who work there are VERY RUDE. I work for a delivery app and the last 2 times the woman taking Drive thru orders has been yelling and berating me and other people."

"It must happen daily, drive up dictate order in plain English 4 double cheese burger no ketchup,no onions, no pickle ,no bread in the middle , wait in que get order drive home not far ,I got EVERYTHING I DIDNT ASK FOR walk back explain problem. Explain again from inside ,no ketchup,no onions no pickle ,YES I want cheese I paid for a cheeseburger, get home ,not far , 4 double cheeseburger, sans the cheese , walk back to encounter an air of uncaring and resistance ,like they did nothing wrong . I dropped off my wrong order ,didn’t ask for a refund , the night crew at this location might be challenged not sure but no one deserves minimum wage if they can’t produce minimum results . To be clear three visits couldn’t resolve my dilemma ,dropped off the third wrong order and left ,I don’t think I wanted to walk back a fourth or fifth time for utterly horrible service and wrong order again ! By the way maybe you should give a workshop on how to keep side eye and shade to yourself so customers won’t notice the lack of care and or attention to the task at hand !"

"The lady on the intercom taking my order was having a full conversation with someone inside while taking my order then she completely messed up my order. I pull up to the window and i notice none of them were wearing hair nets. Idk call me Karen but i don’t want hair falling in my food."
