Reviews
"I always find the right parts for my car here."
"Customer service is the worse at this place. I do a lot of business with this company but it's getting worse now to do any business with. You have to wait between 15 and 30 minutes to get some one and when they pick up they just hang up the phone on you. I buy all my parts now at empire and service is excellent. Not happy with this company anymore. Even getting paint and paint materials is a hassle to get someone. Used to be a great company. PERFECT CARS ,VALLEY COTTAGE"
"Picking up part for work called in advance to pick up receptionist on her phone f bombing and texting while answering phone. Very unprofessional wouldn't have someone like that working for me. Waiting still 30 min and still no part so since I have the time while I wait I figure I share the review..."
"Got here at 1am with a delivery from Missouri. Workers sleeping near the shipping office told me they'd be back on duty at 2am. Checked in at 2:30am and was told to wait in my truck while space was cleared for me to be unloaded. Fell asleep until 6:45am and nothing! Checked back in with new shift on duty and was given a door, finally. It's 8am and still not being unloaded. Walked around to the main office and was told to check back in with receiving. Unload still not completed at 10:15am!"
"It's my understanding that LKQ / Keystone has acquired Wheel Fix It in Long Island. I have been a customer of Wheel Fix It for several months. You have a driver that services the North Jersey area for pick up and drop off service. I received a phone call from the office telling me after I've spent several thousands of dollars with your company that they will no longer be servicing me due to a conflict of interest with another client of yours. I don't quite understand how a multi-million dollar company is strong armed by 1 client. If I am a conflict of interest to this particular client, so is the rest of Northern NJ since your company services 100's of surrounding area shops. I just want to bring this to your attention, this is America the land of free enterprises. If I can spend thousands of dollars with you and then all of a sudden a competitor has a problem with you doing business with me, your company just drops me. If my money was once good enough, I don't understand why it's no longer. I've been in business my entire life and if one of my clients told me they wouldn't use me anymore regardless of the volume they do with me if I continue to service a particular someone else, I would wish them good luck and tell them we'll be here when you need us. It's not LKQ's responsibility to protect their clients from competition, its the business owners themselves who are to deal with competition and the success of their companies. This is not a franchised business. You are limiting your upside potential by being controlled by your clients. I respect this will be addressed and I will be contacted. I trust that LKQ is a respectable & reputable company that will rectify this situation."
