KUNG PAO SAUCE INGREDIENTS Light soy sauce Dark soy sauce Chinese black vinegar (or use balsamic vinegar) Hoisin sauce Sesame oil Honey Ground Sichuan peppercorns (Sichuan pepper - use black pepper as a substitute) Chili flakes KUNG PAO CHICKEN Vegetable oil (or use sesame oil) Dried Chinese peppers, whole (or use chili de arbol or other dried red chilies - see recipe notes) Fresh chili peppers - I use jalapeno peppers, though you can use your favorites. "BEST Chinese in town!! Everything was fresh. The beef and broccoli has such good flavor. I think they might’ve changed the cook? Everything I get here is great including the chicken lo mein. The fried rice has a smoky wok flavor that I love."

"I ordered shrimp and lobster sauce, and they gave me a shrimp soup. The sauce consistency is terrible, the shrimp bad tasted ,I had to throw it away, tasteless food. Definitely I do not recommend it!"

"I ordered my food at 8:42 pm. I got my food at about 9:10 pm, maybe even a little bit earlier. But I guess anyone can deliver raw food quickly. I got basic egg fried rice and fried chicken wings and to my surprise the wings were raw, still red, still bloody, just raw and on top of that I got a nice long brunette women’s hair in my egg fried rice that I almost swallowed. Not only did they not answer my MULTIPLE calls right afterward but they were closed by 9:30 when their take out menu says 10:00 pm. Horrible experience, and I will be showing up tomorrow morning to get my full refund tip included. Please don’t say you’re open and take peoples orders when you’re biggest concern is clearly closing and leaving as soon as possible. Disgusting. Didn’t get a picture of the hair because you know I threw it up."
