"This Dunkin needs new management ASAP. Passing through Newark and came to this Dunkin. Horrible with their attitude towards customers. I’m pretty sure corporate will love to do undercover at this place specifically after 3pm. The manager is possessive over the bathroom and there are no chairs to be seated yet there are signs saying 20minute seating time limit. This is not a good representation of Dunkin Donuts at all. First and last time ever stopping at this Dunkin."
"If you dont mind waiting then its okay. This is not the dunkin to go to grab a quick drink and be out the door less then 5mins if youre in a rush. The service use to be worse but its slowly getting better. It really depends who is on staff and what time of the day you go. Some of staff is nice and some can be downright rude and igorn a line of customers until they want to take order. Also .39 cents for whipcream is robbery all the other local dunkin charges .25 .Alot of times they run out donuts like will literally be nothing to choose from lol."
