"So this spot came up to review, I actually did go there, was planning on getting 2 of those ham and cheese croissants, and probably a donut too, and a diet Pepsi, but as I went to grab my wallet, I realized I left it at home, so with no money, I left.."

"Hours were 5am-8pm online and on the app today. I ordered for mobile pickup at 8:30am, arrived at 8:45am to notice the store was closed. I call around 9:30am to try to resolve the problem or get my money back. I was told I could come pick it up at 11am when they open (not listed anywhere on the website or app that they open at 11am instead today). So I arrive at 11am to get my items that I ordered this morning. I was told that they are not filling orders from this morning and only 11am and onward. I told them I called and was told I could pick it up at 11am (they didn’t care, told me to cancel the order when it was already placed and I was charged for it). You cannot cancel an order on the app when it is already placed and charged. Very disappointed and unprofessional there. Wasted money and time."

"Is it worst customer service ever you’re supposed to make you feel welcome in the morning not unwelcome at the store they act like they don’t want to be there. The new Spanish crew is terrible,I am Spanish myself so it’s not about race , it’s about how they treat people."
