I found the inventory via Garmentory and reached out to the shop directly. Thankfully Karen was the associate to answer my call, and she went above and beyond to help me get this jacket! She even contacted the shop owner to get a price match approved as the jacket had been on sale everywhere else (and thus sold out). Karen shipped the jacket across the country and then facilitated an exchange when I realized I should have sized down. She kept in touch with me via text, like a personal shopper / stylist.
