"i came from canada to visit in Newyork. yesterday on my way to destination i took a coffee from here. environment ,this dunkin is very nice. this is a big dunkin with a lots of customers in the evening time but only one employee here. her name is suma. she tried to do fast for all. really she is so kind and polite."
"I purchased two cups of hot coffee at 645pm. Sure they close at 7pm (which is sort of ridiculous) but fine they are entitled to close when they wish. At over $3 a cup I should not have received at best luke warm coffee. It takes them 2 minutes to make a fresh pot. And customers filed in after me. They surely don’t care about their customers."
"The mobile order donuts were randomly put in the box and most of them were not even correctly prepared (no glaze, no sprinkles and what not. Anyone see 2 French Crullers in the box?). Not much of expectation from Dunkin stores in general but this place was one of the worst. Workers have no customer service mindset and they don't even pick up the phone when I tried to reach them after finding the messed up order. Avoid this place."
