"Went to this place to get heels for my birthday and and when I said getting ready an hour before I leave I open the box and the shoes are both left feet and completely different. I go back and then they have the audacity to tell me to wait in line after they messed up like what . If I had the corporate number I would be calling. The lady at the register was so rude saying I had to get in line no matter where I had to be after she opened the box took a look and allowed this to happen she should be fired smh ."

"I love 10 spot just because you can find brands like Timing there for an affordable price unlike in boutiques where the price is about a $10-$20 difference. But some of the employees need training in customer service. I got bad looks, attitudes, & just pure rudeness whiley sister & I were shopping around there. But don't let the employees stop you from shopping there, you can find trends on a budget & also a lot of great basics that will elevate your wardrobe. I would still shop there just for the low prices & hidden gems they have."

"This is a good cheap bergenline store and that's something to not forget. You get what you pay for. This store is great for last minute clubbing or party dresses. The clothes are cute and up to date on styles. It's great especially if you're on a budget and just want fun pieces in your wardrobe. Another thing to know about this place is that the workers won't help you pick out clothes or look up items for you. Most they'll do is get a shirt that's hung up high where you can't reach. Around closing time they try to rush people out because honestly they have a bunch of things to do to close shop and don't want to be there all night. I love this spot, it's my go to when I can't find any party things to wear or just trying to look cute around town."
