"Why is the whole tea bag in my cup ALONG WITH LOOSE TEA LEAVES?!?!? After I waited at the drive thru to be served, no one answered, so I had to yell.for service. It's a bunch of young women running their mouths instead of working. Aggravating! This used to be such a nice D&D. I used to stop here every morning on my way to work. Now I hate it."

"Horrible!, Staff is unprofessional, staff don't use hair nets as required by the food industry. They take there sweet time in mid breakfast rush hour. By the way, they run out of donuts by 10AM. They just don'tcare about the consumers. Shameful!!!,"

"The pic explains everything. I have togo to work so I don’t have time to wait in line and go back, they’re horrible and never have enough donuts to serve. Donuts are always gone by 12 and they never restock. I wouldn’t even serve my puppy this cold sandwich in the morning. No one answered the phones either. This is Springfield avenue location by value zone and auto zone"

"This is the Dunkin in my area so I always try to support but this is ridiculous. I ordered my food today and literally had my order repeated back to me, just for me to pull up and 3 items out of my order was not there. The cashier doesn’t apologize just give me a dry, “well they didn’t put ur order in”. No biggie, I go back around the drive thru to get my toast that they forgot to put in the bag& Waited an extra 20 minutes for them to serve me a burnt Avocado toast. Y’all have to do better! I would rather drive to white town 30 mins out then to come back here."
