"I would never do business with this company again. Through no fault of ours, they sent an admittedly incorrect motor but would not respond to our emails because of a change in management or ownership. Once they finally accepted that they were wrong they claimed we didn't respond in the time needed - which was their fault since they wouldn't reply to our emails. Finally arranged to pick up the motor only to then tell us they were charging a restocking fee and freight both ways. FOR A MOTOR THEY SENT INCORRECTLY. ******This was not a replacement motor, but a buggy already built around the engine we ordered! What you deem an easy fix to YOUR mistake doesn't help us. The reason for the delay in seeking a return was AGAIN your problem in not responding to our emails in a timely manner. Just bad business overall. No customer service. Slow response - when they respond at all. Don't risk your money."

"Paid a decent penny to get a motor for my car as this place was recommended by a couple people. This is how I got it, spilled oil all over the tractor trailer truck because an oil line wasn’t put on correctly nor fluid shouldn’t have been in it to begin with. Whoever took it out was careless with it. Stuff is cut wrong, broken, ripped up, every wire was just cut off, even the electrical wires so I have to replace all of that, was not worth spending the money here."
