"Not much to say. Burgers are okay. Fries aren't good. Last time we ordered online for pick up. I got messages saying it was ready. Got there but it was not in the pick up area. Took another 5 minutes or more to get someone to help at which point they reached behind the counter and handed me two bags. Then, luckily I checked, they forgot the milkshake (which I guess was good because otherwise it would have been a sloppy mess sitting on their counter. )"
"Too much talking, and not enough working. It took me 15 minutes to get a shake for one of my DoorDash customers because everyone was in the corner talking ( including the manager who wore glasses, and has white/grey hair. I am not sure of his name). Customer service needs to be better."

"We were really excited to try Smashburger, having heard so much about it. We love the smash burger type of cooking hamburgers, but we were not impressed. I had the Double Triple and it was fine. I enjoyed it, but it wasn't particularly juicy. My companion had the larger BBQ, Bacon and Cheddar and his was actually dry. The location was clean and pleasant, but we were hoping for more from the food."
