"I see so many other reviews saying the same thing- the staff are so unnecessarily rude and non helpful. I was trying to find a size in an item that was not on the floor. It said online they have the item in stock in almost all sizes. Lack of communication had me waiting there almost an hour and still no items and then they said “oh well they must not have found them in the stockroom.” Just a really unfriendly, unwelcoming staff which is a bummer because it is a nice store."

"Working in retail is not easy especially in Zara. I've never worked in any Zara, but for sure I know it's a lot of work, especially in this location. All I want to say is, the staffs in this location are really nice and patience. You don't see their annoying faces or unfriendly manner. Thank you for maintaining the store for us to shop. "I personally love shopping at Zara but this specific store let me down. I was shopping with my mom and waiting in line. There were a total of 3 female ladies behind the counter. I was waiting for them to signal me to come, but they never did. All three of them were standing there talking, completely ignoring me and my mom. I made eye contact with them several times. So I went to them myself and got my clothes payed for. But while they were scanning one item, they said this one was out of season and could not sell me the item. So my mom asked for the manager, but the lady said she did not have to yell, which was absurd, since my mom was not yelling. So the manager comes, and I explain to him what happened and out of the corner of my eye, I saw all three of them behind the manager laughing. The manager did say he was going to talk to them. The manager also talked in this tone like he was talking to a kid. I was absolutely shocked by the utter disrespect my mom and i were receiving.This situation has me completely enraged, because I have never experienced this. The people in charge should be reassigned. But Zara itself is a great store. P.S. THE OTHER ONE STAR REVIEW THAT WAS POSTED WITH 2 PICTURES OF THE MANAGER ARE THE SAME MANAGER I TALKED WITH. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPECIFIC ZARA STORE."

"I came to this Zara and had the worst experience of my life. I asked the manager for assistance with finding a specific item. Not only was he rude but also spoke to me in a condescending manner when I asked him for assistance. I proceeded to ask for another manager, when I spoke to that manager she was also not helpful and had horrible customer service. When I spoke to the man who was initially rude to me, I asked for his name and he told me he didn’t have to provide it to me. I then told him I was going to call customer service and report him and his direct words were “have fun”. I am genuinely appalled at the unprofessional of the manager and I cannot believe Zara would hire someone like this to represent their company. I will never step food into any Zara again. I could not believe I experienced such unprofessionalism. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING AT THIS ZARA LOCATION. THIS IS THE ZARA MANAGER WHO WAS RUDE, CONDESCENDING, SARCASTIC, AND UNHELPFUL."
