"My mom tried on a jean and there was a broken sensors inside the back pocket which isn’t supposed to be there. So when she was pulling up the jean, the sharp back part of the sensor scratched her leg badly that it made her bleed. She called the manager, Gina, but the manager said there’s nothing they can do. No compensation, nothing. The manager casually said sensors were there because someone was stealing other thing and put them in there. Well, obviously people working in the store didn’t look throughly on their products which led to this incident. All they could do was to report but the headquarter system is down so it will take some time and once they receive the report, “MAYBE” someone will give my mom a call but manager isn’t sure. We were in awe of this ridiculous customer service they provide which they can do NOTHING about this accident. (Literally what manager said) My mom’s still in pain. Just wow."
