"Very pleasant experience, the manager was very helpful we found a dress my daughter liked for her sweet 16 she was able to try it on to see how it would fit and look on her. We placed our order in her size and got her dress in a timely manner. Will definitely go back."

"This place refused to serve me because we are Muslims. I came in with my mother and sister in law who wear the hijab and the man (owner) refused to great us, help us, or look in our direction. When I took a dress to try on into the dressing room he snatched it out of my hands and said this isn’t what I was looking for."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Went there to shop for a prom dress for my sister. They would not even let my sister try one on since it was too big, but i suggested we can just hold the back to see how it would look. Unbelievable. They said we either order the dress for her size or not try the one that they have. If it weren't for their attitude or looks that they gave us, we would have ordered even 2 dresses! I believe the 2 people there were the owners and truly unprofessional. Definitely need a new staff for this store!"

"This Asian woman at the store had the most rudest attitude ever! My aunt was trying to buy a dress for me and my cousins, my aunt was paying for the dresses when her card wasn’t working. This woman yelled at her and told her to leave the store and that we couldn’t buy our dresses! One of these dresses we ordered 1 week later for my cousins sweet 16 and this lady is going to cancel it! Can you believe this woman! The other employees have to go through with this. It’s sad because this store has beautiful dresses but this woman had to ruin everything! It was from the beginning she gave us this attitude! Please contact her boss and tell him/her about this because this is unexpectable."

"The manager/head store clerk is a liar. My cousin and I ordered a dresses. We were told that the dresses will be coming in a week and that she will call us. Two weeks later we still didn't get any calls. So we decided to pay a visit. Once coming into the store there was barely any employees there was one employee and then the manager. Later we found out that a lot of people quit. We asked the manager what had happened to our dresses. She checked her notebook and said "They didn't have you're size." The same goes for my cousin's dress. Once the manager walked away I checked her little notebook and EVERY SINGLE ORDER had not available on it. The manager had a little conflict going on with another customer who had 3 dresses a 3 weeks before they came in and none of they're dresses were available too claiming also that she never called too. I most definitely do not recommend this place at all."
