"I felt shunned. I asked the lady on the floor was there a sale. She replied “No - we have buy one get half off’. I replied so that’s the sale right? The way she engaged me had a strong unwelcoming feel. She did not even offer to help - that can be nothing but I know shunned when it’s happening. I almost left but decided that me getting what I needed was more important than giving into her energy. I’ll say a prayer for her. Great products in the store though."

"My name is Lucy and I visited this location on 7/3/20. Elizabeth but she goes by Beth was instantly friendly and very helpful! She showed me how to measure myself because due to COVID-19 they we were not allowed to do it and she made it fun and easy. Customer service is such an important factor and she was on her A game! She really made me feel comfortable and even gave me points to getting the right fit. The other ladies that were there were also really nice. Overall Beth will be my new bra girl when I have to go get new ones. I’ve been to quite a few locations and the customer service here was above and beyond. I also tried to call the main line to speak to someone so Beth and this location can get recognized for their wonderful customer service but it was a long wait. Thanks again Beth!!!!"

"Best experience ever in a Lane Bryant store The staff was absolutely amazing very helpful and kind Never have I had better experience shopping in my life. Suzette went above and beyond my expectations she helped me pick out bras and jeans. She even went as far as taking her dress off to let me see how amazing the look on me with a tight dress. I had so much confidence when I walked out of the store. Everyone should shop at the Paramus location. Thank you Suzette for the amazing experience"

"Store was bright, clean and appeared to be well stocked and the staff seemed friendly. The downside for me was no place for a weary boyfriend's to sit down. My gf would have easily stayed and bought a lot more but she saw the pain on my face and decided to cut the trip short. It's a pity because my credit card had loads more room for more purchases and I had hoped to help her update a lot of her wardrobe. Oh well, maybe next trip."
