"One Carmel Iced Latte as aid-day pick me up ! Great Starbucks on Church Street. It's crowded most of the time, but the staff is efficient, professional & quick ! Their holiday selections are sweet, & they offered free tastes of holiday coffee both times I was there !"

"New workers which most of them are doing a decent job, however i came to this store a couple of times in the last two weeks and got an attitude from one of the cashiers in the morning shift. This is the second time she does the same thing one her coworkers said her name is (Jenny), the worst customer service."

"Ordered multiple times from this location for our Starbucks through Ubereats for a Doctors office of over 40 staff. Multiple times the orders were canceled by Starbucks. We called and spoke to the employees and they kept giving us the run around regarding our order. We had placed it in time for the Doctors to all have at their meeting and they kept blaming Ubereats. I asked if someone from our office could go and retrieve the order since it had already been placed and they told me that we could not. The order was for over $300 and not one order made it to the office. The employees were rude on the phone and provided no assistance. Do better Starbucks. If they didn't want to complete such a grand order then they should never have accepted it. They they told us the orders were being bagged. It was just an all around hot mess. This location needs to be re-trained."

"Great location in the middle of montclair center. Drjnks always prepared well but could take some time since staffing has been an issue. Recently, the staff numbers have increased which has helped. I recommend ordering on the app if you are in a rush. Spot also has tables and booth areas for getting work done but don’t expect much privacy since this location is on the smaller side."

"After the renovation there's no place to sit and work really. Looks like they want to discourage that which is fine. But that's what I need. Tiny round tables are not good for a laptop. Weird layout. People are great, always friendly. Coffee is usually great too. If you just want to sit and read or chat with a friend it might be perfect for you."
