"I work in hospitality and I can say 100% the staff here is perfect. I was greated with a positive experience entering here with smiles and laughter. I do take a while to make decisions sometimes so I was happy with how patient the cashier was. The manger was super friendly and helpful. All of the workers seem to enjoy their job not like others stores that contains people with negativity, they was very happy and seem to enjoy their job. Thank you guys for being nice."

"I'm quite dissatisfied with the service at this Five Guys. I ordered a meal for in-store pickup this afternoon, scheduled for 8:30 pm. However, when I arrived at the store at 8:29 pm, the staff asked me to wait a little longer. I had already prepaid for my order around 6 PM and confirmed at 8:15 PM that I was on my way. Strangely, my receipt shows that it was printed around 8:20 pm, yet I had to wait an additional ten minutes in the store to receive the meal I had ordered in advance. Moreover, several customers who arrived after me received their meals before me. Even though I eventually got my meal, I want to ask: what's the point of remote ordering if I can't receive my meal at the scheduled time? In this case, I could have just dined in. I want you to understand that time is precious. I dislike wasting it and I do understand that you are busy and working hard (I even left a tip when I ordered). So please pay more attention to this in the future."

"I placed an Uber eats delivery (first time trying it) the burger was good but the Canjun fries were bathed in salt. They were extremely salty to the point where I couldn’t even finish them because of how much salt they had. The seasoning was extremely over done."

"The serving size of their milk shake is disappointing, but their bacon burger and cheese burger are really nice! The price is a little bit high. Can give it a try, but will only come back after a long time."
