"I have bought from here before & they are well aware of time contraints to deliver to a high rise. I have been trying to get an appliance delivered within a tome frame of9am to 4pm for over a month & it's been a nightmare of rescheduling & delays. If they can't accommodate or have control over those they contract to deliver, then they should not sell to those in my situation or who live in high rises. I won't be purchasing here again .not good customer service. Went to Lowes after another cancellation, got the same item delivered on time , service was great."

"HUGGEEEEE THANK YOU to the employee who literally saved my day. When parking at the Secaucus Junction Station, I noticed my key was stuck in my ignition. Somehow, a key ring got stuck on my key and would not allow me to take the key out. I spent half an hour trying to pry the key ring off to no avail. I finally gave up and drove to Home Depot. I walked into the store and asked the first employee I found what tool I should even get for this sort of issue! Seeing the pickle I was in, the employee offered to come out and help me fix this issue. I cannot thank this man enough for his kindness and I will now be going out of my way to shop at Home Depot whenever possible. Thank you thank you thank you! I came to this branch for the first time. parking and entry and exit is a bit difficult, When I went to buy a lamp, the shelves were covered in dust. My hands and body are dirty. I generally have this problem in home depot stores."
