"The manager is very arrogant and rude. Her customer service is THEEE worse. Her tone when addressing my issue was condescending and accusatory. Instead of offering a solution and acknowledging their mistake. She barked orders at me instructing Me about how I should have handled it and just short of saying I was lying. This is not the first time she has been like that to me. I have witnessed her act this way to other people as well. However this will be the last time. I don't care how far I have to go to get coffee. I will not go there EVER again."

"It’s a typical Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve stopped in there 4 or 5 times to grab a coffee when I’m working in the area. Never more then 2 or 3 people in line ahead of me. The shelves seem to always be stocked with donuts and the coffee is average for them. When I’m leaving in the evening after work they switch to the drive through for even walk ups. They don’t put a sign out front indicating this, but the locals probably know. I thought my first night that they were closed. Update: I just discovered it’s a 24 hour place."
