"Not sure what happened to this brand. It used to have cute design, awesome customer service, and decent quality. Not any more. I bought sooooo many dresses from them that they added me on their FWB program, which I guess is like a VIP list? (Somewhere online it says you need to spend at least $2000 to be in the program. Wow I didn’t realize I spent that much on them) But since 2023, much of their design has become cheesy and outdated. The quality has deteriorated yet the price has gone up. The design is not cute anymore and the fit is weird. I wanted to give them a chance but well, none of the dresses worked. Goodbye Reformation. Sorry but not sorry."

"Went in for a return - and I wanted to see whether I wanted an exchange rather than a straight return. The greeting from one associate was warm and friendly. The one who I conferred with was rude and condescending - she said the return was late (within the 30 days for non sale), was of literally no help and basically threw the package at me. Quite unexpected I must say! Customer service used to be much better on Howard, only god knows how changing location, changes services…"

"One employee was wonderful and HONEST which was much appreciated and resulted in a sale in a different item. Another employee was rude, pushy, and overall left a super bad taste in my mouth. I assume they work off commission but honesty and understanding the customer goes a long way over "but you can do this. no you should get it, no it'll just be altered, no we don't have the color you want but you can just order it you can see the picture online""

"This was by far the worst experience ever. I had an online order for pickup at this location. I still had to wait 20+ min outside before being let into the store. After finally being let in, I told the associate I was just picking up an order and she said to take a seat and it’d be right out. After 25 minutes of waiting, I asked another associate again and she said the same thing. Not to mention, both associates were extremely rude and condescending when I nicely asked about my order. After waiting a total of 65 minutes to pick up an order I had ALREADY paid for, I walked out of the store with no order. I will NEVER shop here again. It’s overpriced and they treat you like second class citizens."
