"Today I was racially profiled by 1 of your workers at the 491 Broadway location. A Mexican girl. I spent close to an hour trying on clothes. And when I went to put back an item on rack, she started to pat down the pockets. She then ask to see a jacket I was holding. And patted the jacket too. I didn’t understand what was going on because I’ve never experienced that before. I then purchased 2 items and as I was walking towards the exit, 2 white girls in front of me started to beep. They continued walking out BUT I was stop by the same worker. She asked for the store bag, and I gave her the bag with my receipt inside. She then asked for me to open up my personal purse. And I open that too but was embarrassed. At that point I knew I was being racially profiled by that worker. I left a complaint about her with the store manager who shrugged it off. I also spoke to her myself because what she did was hurtful and I’m pretty sure it’s not store policy to pat down customer items as they are shopping. After reading some of their reviews I’m seeing that it’s a normal thing for this store"

"My 15 year old daughter and her friend just left the store after being told to leave. The worker accused them of shop lifting without any substance. They had bags from the shops they had been purchasing from all day so clearly they were consumers. They were holding shirts to try on when he did this. He then threatened to slap her. I can’t imagine why this is an acceptable way to run a business. Very disturbing."

"Most unprofessional place. They stole my money. Door man closed the door in my face when I tried to get my items. The dark skin Muslim young lady laughed in my face and then giggled about it with another coworker. Another day, they closed an hour early, and wouldn’t let me in after I was told an hour before that they were closing at 7:45. Doors were closed @6:40… the quality is terrible. Do NOT SHOP HERE."

"I love the music. The options here are fun and festive! Definitely show stoppers to flaunt your body for the summertime. Thehe prices are through the roof, but if you like it enough, you will pay without thinking twice. This place has 2 floors. The second floor is heavily discounted with some great steals. The space is crowded, almost like an overflow of options, check it out if you have a chance."
