"Parkside Appliances installed the appliances in my condo. Upon recently discovering that the dishwasher was improperly installed, I called Parkside : they informed me that I was out of warranty, and they would not help. This does not work for me because it is not the machine that is faulty, it is their installation - why is there a statute of limitation on the quality of their installation? I find their spirit lacking - do the job right, don't make excuses. I would love to hear "We did a bad job? Tell us when you're free, we'll make good." Very sad."

But after trying to freeze my hot water in the oven and trying to dry my underware in the freezer I finally went on YouTube and figured out which machine does what.
