"Their repairman (Guy) came to our house and asked for $1400 repair cost I asked about the break down and he said the material costs him $900 only so I paid him, after receiving his invoice and checking materials price on internet it was only $250. I requested my money back but they never responded."

"I rarely write bad feedback but this is the worst experience I've had with a technician in a long time. I paid the company $135 to sent a technician who claimed to have diagnosed the issue. I contacted the manufacturer to order the part and fix the problem but it was not fixed. I called the company but they would not speak further, would not come take a look, and would not reimburse me for incorrectly diagnosing the issue. This is where it gets better. The owner then called me, yelling at me and berating me, for accusing his company of wrongdoing and claimed I was calling his company repeatedly and harassing his workers. I told him he is mistaken and he should check his call logs because I called the company one time and that was it. He proceeded to tell me I'm wrong and they won't be helping me further. Needless to say I will never use this company again and would recommend you avoid at all costs."

"Worst experience ever. A service man came without wearing a mask and touched all over the kitchen and living room area. After he fixed my refrigerator, he sat down on my dining chair without asking and rested for a while until his next appointment. That was a few weeks ago. We had to call the place again because the refrigerator wasn't properly fixed and water was still dripping from the top. Another service man was supposed to be here yesterday and I stayed home. He didn't show up and no phone calls. We called the store to have another appointment set up for today. The store manager confirmed a service man will be here today and gave me 3 hours window from 10am to 1pm. I explained that I have to leave home before 3:30 and make sure the guy is here within the 3 hours frame. No one showed up I called the store again and was transferred over and over to random rude people. Finally, when I could spoke with the manage, she said she has to order the part to fix it. What??? We scheduled this follow-up fix a while ago and now after missing two appointments, they need the part?? I stayed home for 2 days for no reason and my refrigerator still has been leaking. I am over 50 years old and had many repairs, but never seen any services that are this unprofessional and rude."

"This company has a great well experienced tech, Brian! I realized my subzero was not cooling and temperature was continuously warming up! I called the company on a Friday night around 8 pm. The service said someone would get back to me within the hour! Brian calls me 20 minutes later asks me what the problem was! He said he would be at my house in the Hamptons within 12 hours, namely next day, Saturday! He was at my door promptly at 815 am! He trouble shouted the problem right away n fixed it fast! "Called them to clean the refrigerator condenser coils. the repairman tried to convince my wife that the compressor needed to be replaced at a cost of $850. I spoke with the repairman and instructed him not to touch the compressor. He went ahead and vacuumed the coils and charged us $350 for a simple cleaning which anyone would have charged less than $100. STAY AWAY FROM SPEEDY APPLIANCE SERVICES IN BROOKLYN."
