"Love eating here but also, I was so happy to see they were finally on Grubhub- we ordered and I got a call that they forgot to put an item in our bag (it hadn’t gotten to us yet). They were so apologetic and offered us a refund for the item. I have never had a restaurant own up to forgetting something before it even got to us and then reaching out to make it better. "My friend and I had dinner here one night, only to realize we had each been charged an additional $51 that was unaccounted for. Upon speaking to the manager, I believe his name was Mohammad, he accused me of being a “thief”, “liar”, “scum bag”, and “looking for a free meal”! We each paid for our checks, so make that one make sense. He stated that it was NOT HIS JOB to refund me for the $51 overcharge per person. This man had an immediate aggressive and confrontational tone, would not allow me to speak, raised his voice, and told me that he “didn’t know” why we were both charged twice, but it “wasn’t his problem”. It was at one point suggested that maybe there was a third person present and when their card declined my friend and I split the additional amount?? Not sure what type of fairytales this man is reading for him to weave imaginary stories in this manner… Clearly it’s an attempt to weasel out of what is a mistake on Imperial’s part. This could have been resolved very simply - an apology and a reversal of the mystery charges. Your customer service and ethics are in a severe deficit. As I stated to you over the phone, I’ll be reporting your business to the BBB. This is fraud and a complete embarrassment of customer service. Chung… you may want to retrain your manager."

"Eating here for years, but over the last year prices have increased FAR HIGHER than other places. It's outrageous. 30% on some items, but actually far higher, as the portion sized have decreased dramatically, some portions are 50% less! Read below. It's one thing to raise prices with inflation, but another thing entirely to gouge customers and blame "covid". This place now has the highest proces for the smallest portions of all the sushi places in the area. Example, they are taking the time to "slice scallops in half", which DOUBLES the price, PLUS they raised the price!! That's a 65% increase for scallops alone, yet inflation is only 8%! So 3.5 scallops for $12. It's laughable and disgusting to gouge regular people like this. Shop around people!"
