"I was trying to leave "no stars" rating as that is the appropriate rating for this review but I was unable to post unless I selected at least one stars. The managers at this store have no control over this branch. On too many occasion I place orders online for store pick up, they send the text that order is ready for pick up many many hours later and then I get there and order is not ready. They start calling staff to begin getting your order ready which defeats the purpose of ordering in advance to "save time". As mentioned, this has happened to me many times but it has ONLY happened at this location, so it is obvious that the mangers here is the issue. Yesterday, I placed an order at 1PM, at 6PM I received a text saying my order was ready for pick up. I got to home depot 2hours after that text only to find that my order was not ready. I was waiting for them to put my order together but after 30 minutes I got upset and simply cancelled the order and left the store. Why would you say order is ready for pick up when it is not. It is a complete waste of time. Extremely unreliable service at this Home Depot. If you want quality customer service, DO NOT shop at this branch."

"Location was very understaffed. We looked around the store for 10 minutes, asked a person for assistance in our aisle and they paged for someone that never came after another 15 minute of waiting. Luckily. I found Isaiah. He was swamped with 5 people pulling him in different directions. I helped him translate for another customer and he was so willing to help me. I needed an item up in a higher shelf and he got it for me no problem with a smile on his face. I’d rate the store 1 star overall, but will be adding additional stars for Isaiah’s service. Do better and hire more help."

"Don't go to this store if you want help or service of any kind from the employees. Selection is decent. Parking is paid only in the adjacent parking garage. Also the day labor guys at tjis store are incredibly aggressive (much more so than at other Home Depots I've been to) even if you repeatedly tell them that you don't require help."

"Every Sunday there's always a long line waiting. The self service machines are always temporary out of commission. There's a shortage of staff personnel working during the weekend, and where is the store Manager trying to assist the customers coming into the store? Avoided going to this store in the Bronx!"
