"I always purchased at this store and the day I called because I need to do a return before traveling they say yes and when I get there they say no you have to comeback tomorrow when it was 5 min to closing, I understand I asked for 5 min but they could off have a better treatment or say something when I was stuck in traffic and I called for it . "@ashleystewart I visited store# 356188 today to purchase items for work. As I was shopping I spoke with I am assuming was the store manager. I explain that I lost alot of weight and need to know my current size. She informed me she was not able to measure me but she did suggest sizes. So as I was shopping I was selecting my jewerly and the store manager comes up to me and tell me I could put my earrings on the counter. I was taken back because I been a customer for several years. Those years that I have spent my money in your store. I have never been treated the way I was treated today! Oh then I was informed because of the holiday I won't get a call until after. Oh and when as for Corporate number I was giving the incorrect number."
"Very disappointed with Ashely. Received the incorrect dress. The shipping label inside was a lady in WI. Different color dress and size. I never received my order. Only thing I was offered was 10% and free shipping as if the 10% would really make up for me not receiving my order. Please do better Ashely Stewart."
"I have been a faithful customer for many many years. After being rob at gun points on the 4th of July, I was forced to cancel all my accounts. This was including my Ashley's account. I had paid my account on the first. So that meant it got returned by my bank. Ashley's was the only company that charged me a returned fee. I will never shop there again . I feel like I have been robbed twice. The only reason I gave you a one star, so I could leave my comments. ."
"The following review has to do with the online checking out process as opposed to my experience in a store. The only reason why the rating isn't a 1 is because I was able to place my order over the phone. A few days ago, I received an email offering free DIVA dollars. I went on the website and saw three outfits that I wanted. When I went through the process of checking out, I stayed stuck in the "Review Order" stage. Initially I thought it was the browser that I was using but I kept getting the same error on different browsers. When I tried to call Customer Service they were closed. I called this morning, explained the situation, and the first thing the lady asked me was if I was trying to use my Ashley Stewart card to pay. I told her yes. She then told me that was why it wasn't going to the next screen: because I have to key in the information again as if it's a brand new card. It doesn't say that ANYWHERE on the site. How is a customer supposed to know that when placing the order online? It's not like they sent an updated memo advising about this new change. Luckily, because most of the items were needed staples, I proceeded with my order. When I ran into this roadblock in the past, I got frustrated and cancelled the order. I would stop by the store but most of the items were online exclusives. I feel like Ashley Stewart should at least put some type of message on their website during the ordering procedure to alert those who have the Ashley Stewart credit card that they have to re-enter the credentials. Because by having the information pop up as a saved option, the customer believes you already have the information on file. It made a process frustrating and difficult that didn't have to be AT ALL."
