Panera Bread

"Menu in store doesn’t reflect what they actually have staff that has no clue about breakfast hours and just overall horrible experience! I go to Panera in midtown I.e 42nd street near Bryant Park 4-6 times a week and new London ct as well when. Work brings me there and service is amazing…this location needs better leadership and actual training in product knowledge as well as CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Otherwise what’s the point"

"The guy at the drive in taking orders . You can barely understand him. Customers don’t know if anyone is at the drive in because they don’t say anything. Then when he takes your order he seems confused. This doesn’t look good for Panera in Wayne.After taking my order to 2 sandwiches and waiting another employee tells me to drive to pick up area. For 2 simple sandwiches. And no they were not busy. I was the only one being serviced!"

"I had a fantastic experience at the Panera Bread location in Wayne, NJ. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Not only was the food perfect, but when I asked for more bread for my soup, they went above and beyond to provide it promptly, and it was served hot and delicious. This level of service truly made my visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be returning soon. Highly recommended!"

"Waited at drive through half an hour.. pull up to the window they have my order wrong and have me wait even longer in the parking lot with a toddler in the back . (Why they didn’t have the person in front move to the parking lot and wait god knows)The worker comes out and brings yet another wrong order goes back and finally come home to the picture below . The manager on duty, the female with the name starting with the letter S , was rude and would not refund me because she said she didn’t know if I would end up eating it or not. Are you kidding me ? You got my order wrong three times had us wait an hour and you can’t refund my 16$ spent ? I probably spent that much waiting thirty minutes at the drive through and in the parking lot !! Shame on you ! Horrible customer service and guess what ? In the end they still got my order wrong !!! Greek goddess seen below.. I don’t think even my neighbors dog would eat this ."

"Pictured below is the Green Goddess Salad I received tonight as a takeout. Avocados old, brown and hard, hardly any chicken and bread greatly over baked. Returning it in tomorrow and never returning."
