"Customer service is horrible. I went in there with my husband for a car battery. Gave Cherelyn year, make, and model and details of the car for a battery, she asked if it was awd i said yes. She showed us 2 hybrid batteries, stating those were the only ones. My husband realized they were hybrid batteries and asked what the difference was and she stated that they were the batteries available for my vehicle so we left. I started looking on my phone for other batteries confused because my car isn't a hybrid. We went back in and asked her to show us again because we looked up the battery on line and she gave me a little attitude because it was advanced auto parts on my phone and not auto zone, which by the way I was very well aware of. I told her I knew this but because she showed me batteries for a hybrid and my car isn't hybrid i wanted to show her the battery my car uses. She began to say that she asked if it was a hybrid and that I said yes. That's when my husband and I both told her she did not ask that. She then proceeds to look up batteries again. When I asked her if it can be installed she said no. I asked if it was because of the time (it was almost 8pm) she said no that they didn't have the staff. Now I have been in customer service and the right response should've been, no im sorry we currently don't have staff available. Not just no and have me try to figure out as to why. She needs more training to deal with customers."

"The most basic requirements for retail is service and here you don’t get any. The standard is low at this store. The rep didn’t want to help and I hear him talking trash under his breath like he’s a tough guy. How about you do your job Tony."

"HORRIBLE customer service. Walked in the guy that worked there had such a nasty attitude and would not help me or my boyfriend. When we tried to ask for help we were met with him mumbling under his breath and rolling his eyes. Don’t waste your money or your time coming here."
