"AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I spend more than an hour in a line to get in, the store had 3 customers, when I went in I picked 3 pairs of shoes that I was definitely going to get. My dad was waiting on the bench in front of the store. I asked the manager and the guy at the front door if it was possible for me to let my dad in to try on shoes that I picked for him. They told me that they couldn’t let him in and that if I leave the store to call him to try on the shoes they’ll make me stand on the line again…… after a very rude treatment from their part we agreed” that we needed to wait until someone walked out to let my father in. I walked out THEY DIDNT LET US IN!!! .-."

We were greeted with friendly smiles as soon as we entered and the staffs did a great job between making sure we are taken care of while also have freedom to roam around and explore. Our SA, Hafiz, was courteous and professional. Happily made a purchase here and recommend this location. Only call out is you only get dust bag and paper bag with your purchase - no prada logo box though you get brown cardboard box if requested."

"I bought shoes. The waitress who treated me was very kind, but she was upset at the counter. She acts like she's angry, but she treats all Asians like that. She didn't even see my passport properly and hit the shopping bag to take it with her after the check is completed.It looks like service education is really necessary.It's the first time I've ever bought anything I want to buy and I've never If you're going to buy something from Prada, be sure to refer to it."
