"Awful experience with this place!!! I was referred here for my vehicles broken door handle. To summarize…. I initially called and spoke to the front desk person who was incredibly nice and helpful. I immediately thought this place is great. I asked what was the latest time I could bring my vehicle for a consultation and he assured me 5. I advised that o was coming from far and asked was he sure? Did I need to call before coming he said no, just come and it would be fine. That day when I went to take my vehicle I couldn’t open the door so I called him back and told him I wouldn’t be coming. Next day, I was able to get in so called just to reconfirm that it was ok to still come. He, again, said it was no problem. I got off work, drove like a mad woman to get there by 5. Got there, asked for the person I spoke to. He took 10 mins to get outside and then I was told it was too late. I advised I asked not once but 3xs he said he knows and that he asked and they told him yes but we’re now saying no and he apologized. I was FURIOUS but they were apologetic and said they would give me a discount and take care of me when I brought it back. I scheduled to bring it back Saturday am, 1st appt. He took my info and said he would just order all the parts and whatever was not needed would send back. Prior to Saturday he called me and told me parts were received and we were good to go. I got up at 6 to make sure I was first car in. I arrived Saturday, 10 mins shy of 8. First this same young man acted as if he was confused why I was there. I reminded him who I was, he then APOLOGIZED again and said they didn’t bring the part and that I would have to come back. FURIOUS again, I demanded to speak to the manager because he told me he had the part and assured me to come yet again wasting, time, patience and gas! Manager comes and scolds the worker and advises that he should have followed up with me and made him get on the phone to find the part… I thought ok, he is accountable and going to resolve the issue… waited hourssssss, got some other work done while waiting costing an unexpected cost just shy of 1000, still no door handle at this point…. Finally advised that the piece needed to be ordered and would be there until following week. They seem nice & the manager seems as if he is trying to fix the mistake so I continue to work with them, plus they have great reviews. The manager is now personally calling me to keep me informed about my parts arrival. Part arrives, I go back waste more hours only to be advised the wrong part was rcvd and he again will need to reorder!! At this point I’m frustrated, aggravated but he seems sincerely apologetic and claims he ordered the correct part, they sent the wrong part(my issue here is why wasn’t the part verified once rcvd? Part needed had a lock and this one had no lock?) I left my car to avoid back and forth, at this point now part was supposed to come 3xs and didn’t. I had to hitch a ride home. I got the call that my car was ready. He told me cost would be 567. I get there and charged 667 which he took off 30 bucks like I was supposed to be thrilled when he told me my price was 567. I paid, left, got home to discover they must have switched my car front handle with the back door handle because my back door is now like the front door was and it wasn’t like this when I left my car there because if it was I would have requested that be fixed as well!!!! OVER 1600 later and this place has truly gave me an experience I will never forget!!! I will be filing a claim!! BEWARE to all that use them!!!!!"
"Decided to try this place based on the reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Very polite and friendly staff. I first came on a busy afternoon and asked if I could come back early the next day which I did and I am very satisfied with the overall experience. They are quite busy but they take the time to deal with each customer individually so... be patient! Btw, I had to get my tires rotated and balanced."

The quote came back same day, and the price was reasonable and the repair took no time at all. After a couple days in the shop, the car ran smoother than it was prior. I can’t recommend them enough"
