Uptop Pizza

"Arrived from PR 4 am. Went to get a hot meal was told they don't open until 5 am. Waited at gate went back little after 5 am. Was about to order through Kiosk when an employee carrying a tray of Stromboli out to counter yelling I ain't ready, then repeated again several times very loudly. Disrespectful as ever, some people should reevaluate their career path. Instead of saying "please come back in x amount of minutes" we would have left and returned, but with her actions and attitude we will not return."

"The worst service ever. Upset with myself for tipping. Rude. I asked a question, the woman pointed to the machine. I hoped I did it right. When I was texted to say pizza ready, I went up and said “I have a text saying the pizza is ready. She looked at me and said NO, shook her head, opened and slammed the oven. 5 minutes later I got it. No salt or pepper. So rude. WILL NEVER return and will share this experience."

"Stopped by for a quick bite at the UPTOP pizza while transiting through EWR. If you like hot and fresh pizzas, you won’t be disappointed. The pizza was prepared in front of you and took about 5 mins after ordering. The only issue was the online or kiosk ordering which I was not expecting. We used the phone order by scanning the QR code."

"Terrible service (if you want to call it that), worse pizza. 47 dollars for two pathetically prepared and cooked pizzas. A key ingredient of a Margherita pizza is basil, but not sliced tomatoes... yet here we are at the crossroads of disappointment and regret. I'd complain to someone if I thought they'd care. Please, let this serve as a warning, go anywhere else in the airport."

"TERRIBLE SERVICE/ BAD PIZZA. This was the worst experience of getting a pizza. People who work here are sloths and quite literally couldn’t bother any less about service. The ordering machine wasn’t working and they were just looking us place the order for 5 minute, not a word. After we told them we’re unable to order, they asked the cleaning staff to help us, which was ridiculous. They delayed our pizza and we literally forced them to pull it out of the oven to catch our flight. Unimaginably terrible professionalism and basic courtesy. All this for a crazy expensive pizza- totally not worth it. They are still running because there are no other good pizza options in the terminal. This is a great pizza spot opportunity."
