"In one word...TERRIBLE...pulled up to the drive-thru and was asked to wait one minute ...no problem.. .nine minutes later....my order was taken. I pulled up to the window...no apology..no explanation.. I get the food home..a three minute drive...and find that a Junior Whopper with cheese is missing from the order..my Whopper with cheese was ice cold and the chicken nuggets are so dry and hard they are inedible. The restaurant was empty inside...it wasn't late (7:30 p.m.) and I saw three employees...what is the problem? Customers were leaving the line because it was taking so long...never again..."

"Long wait time no matter what's ordered. Always waiting before they ask what you want at the drive thru or being asked to wait once pulling up to the drive thru. A large fry and hamburger for $1.59 in the app though, you can't go wrong."

"This is the worst Burger King I ever had in my life. First you wait 15 minutes for someone to take your order. Then they mess up your order and just walk away and then another person comes and says don't worry I got you. Then they don't give you a receipt but say they did. The best part was food was cold. The only reason I ate here was because the one in wanaque was closed."
