"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!! I came over today to exchange an item (since refunds are not allowed) that should have been allowed since it compiled with its 10-day policy, good condition, and with receipt attached. The cashier refused to do so without giving an explanation as to why even when I persistently asked “why not?” She laughed at my demand and simply said “cause I can’t.” I left everything there on the counter and exited the store. Never have I encountered such terrible, unprofessional, service. Please just shop somewhere else."
