"The absolute worse. The drinks are consistently made just horrendously. On slow days they’re still painfully slow so you can only imagine the rush hour times. To their credit there is never steady help in that place. They need more staff."

"Consistently gives me coffee instead of tea on mobile orders. Required me to come in for a refund instead of just doing it by phone. McDonalds mobile app, when I ordered at the wrong store by accident they refunded me without me even asking. Dunkin really needs to get on the ball with this as this is not the only location that has done this. READ THE DAMNED ORDER BEFORE MAKING IT!"

"Went through the drive thru with my sister and we had a big order that was $30. The employee talking to us was taking our order when halfway through he said, “Next time you have an order this big just come inside.” We just wanted to get our food and go so we went through the drive thru. My sister just responded okay but I was upset because not everyone wants to go inside to order or can go inside due to their own personal reasons. We just let it go, until we got to the window and he handed us the donuts which were the wrong ones. I was already upset but I was very calm and just told my sister I’m going inside to get the correct donuts. There was only three other people who were together who had ordered but they still took fifteen minutes to come to the register just so I could exchange the donuts. Then when me and my sister were driving away, they had also forgotten one of the bagels and this is upsetting because I’m a 16 year old teenager who doesn’t have a job meaning I don’t get checks I just have the money from my birthday parties to pay for the things I want, so I just spent $6 to not get the bagel that was MINE. I was too upset to go back inside and get the bagel. They probably would have made me wait another thirty minutes just for the bagel too."

"I ordered at the drive-thru and was asked(when I pulled up to get my food) to pull around and they would get the rest of my order. I waited an additional 7 minutes for 1 sandwich....un believable. I asked the guy about our sandwich and he said he gets them as they come out. I sat there while others were getting their food - ridiculous. And on top of that, I didn't get a receipt so that I could complete the survey...by the way, the person(male w/ponytail) that brought my food appeared to be smelling the powdered donuts too closely."

"Slowest service and rudest staff. We went to drive in today 10/21/23 around 3:30. The line was NOT moving so we parked and got out, thinking we’d get better service if we went inside and ordered - boy we’re we wrong. We stood on line for quite some time with no one even greeting us - and were completely ignored. Three employees, all wearing headsets - I thought perhaps the counter staff had stepped away so I asked one of the headset-wearing teenagers (all three appeared to be teenagers with no adults in sight) if I was waiting in the right place to receive service - he told me yes and when I said politely that we had been there quite a while and no one came over to us - he very rudely said that there were only three of them and that they were very busy. (Too busy to serve customers standing I front of you???) they finally took our order and left the woman behind us just standing there waiting. Several minutes later, that customer asked if she could get some help - she only needed a donut - to which the rude headset-wearing teenager told her he’d be with her soon and turned away. In frustration the woman decided to leave and he said to her “well if you can’t wait then you just need to get out”. SO RUDE. I will never go to this Dunkin Donuts again until they hire a staff who actually cares about the customers and has a clue about manners and customer service. He should be fired! (He had dark brown curly hair and his nose was pierced)."
