"I ordered white chocolate mocha hot and cold then they gave me latte!! It was okay but when i say this to them they told me It’s already white chocolate mocha and just shake it!!??? They didn’t solve my issue !! And taste was AWFUL!! Money wasted!"

"This Starbucks isn’t as good as others I’ve been to. The workers seem miserable. I usually have a better experience at the Wayne Starbucks. The parking is awful and the drive-thru is slow and always packed. My food wasn’t that great either. I think since they’re a newer location, they still haven’t got the hang of running the store. The only good thing is how convenient the location is. I rarely go here because I always have a disappointing experience."

"I frequent this location and have never had an experience like I did today. ABBY has got to go. She is filled with attitude and lacks customer service skills, and barista skills at that. I asked for a pumpkin cream cold brew. What she handed me was what looked to be a pumpkin spice latte when I questioned it she had an issue with it and I asked to have it remade and she snatched the drink and threw it in the sink. Then remakes the drink and legit tosses it at me as if I should just get away from her. Drink was still made incorrectly and her attitude became more agitated. I was so taken back by her lack of customer service as Starbucks general had the best of the best. I told her she needed a better attitude and she just laughed and again THREW my incorrectly made drink in the sink. Great customer service. The guy who works there is awesome and refunded me. ABBY either needs some more training and a new attitude or just a new job not in customer service. Not a great representation of this storefront!"
