"I find the quality of the drinks made depend on who is making them. Sometimes the drink quality is poor and other times it’s very well made with warm taro and fresh milk tea. So what I do now is when I do go, I check who is making them in the counter, if the person there is not even paying attention and poor attitude I would skip it, but if the person is attentive and seem somewhat happy I would order and generally the drink quality is much better. Last couple times I went the person in the counter is friendly and attentive and the drinks were pretty good quality."

"The Kung fu tea is great, but this new guys with piercings on his face with semi long black hair was so rude and ignorant. Made the come plate wrong order and refused to make it again. Hire him !"

"As someone enjoys bubble tea and tried many locations from Kung Fu Tea chain, the Kung Fu Tea in Millburn is the worst one - 1. All 4 drinks I ordered are only filled 3/4 of the cup. All of them! Is that how people making money these days?! 2. Taro bubble tea tastes just like regular milk bubble tea... you almost question am I ordering the wrong drink?! Then the label reminds you, no, you had the right order but the drink is prepared very poorly 3. Little bubble you should expect. Two thin layers of the bubble in large size drink is what you should expect. They will tell you two layers is how much you get. 4. The young guy who is making the drink seems hates the job. Ignorance attitude makes you question - why dont find another job?! Put the very high price aside, quality of drink is extremely poor. Will not come to Millburn Kung Fu Tea any more, big disappointment from such a famous chain."

"We have ordered from here multiple times. There are plenty of KFT around maybe don’t try this one. I will say that their bubbles are not too mushy and their tea is consistent, but this is not okay. It has happened to us on multiple occasions where 1/8 of the drink is gone. At that point I might as well order a medium. It’s a subtle way of ripping us off a dollar each drink. I hope the owner gives me back my multiple dollars. We are loyal KFT drinkers and this is a sneaky scheme that I do not approve of. You’re ruining the KFT name. I hope you remedy this!"

"Update: Sloppy. No top off like other locations. I would avoid this Kung Fu in Millburn. See huge void in new cup picture. Been coming here since the beginning. Used to love everything. Regular bubble milk tea is always my go to with less ice of course. Oreo is always a close second. However, new staff has progressively downgraded this establishment. First, the newer staff started not topping off the tea, letting bad lid seals go to customers, and using less and less oreo to the point where "dusting" would be a generous description. Now today's visit with the newest employees resulted in a 3/4 cup of BS (see picture). With more and more bubble tea spots opening, the owners better right the ship or they'll be sunk for good."
