"I often forget that there is a B&N at the Livingston Mall - and now I visit it more often since I frequent the area. You still get the cozy bookstore vibe, even though you can exit/enter through the mall - I appreciate B&N keeping this separate. The first time I purchased books here, no employee was readily visible, and I and another customer waited for a hot second to check-out. The cafe on the other hand, is fantastic. I love how they make "my drink," and its usually pretty consistent no matter who makes it - there are some baristas better than others. I like that they always have the salami/cheese/cracker mix in the fridge, and their service is always friendly and efficient. They're better than Starbucks!"

"Very happy Barnes and Noble is still opened it's nothing like holding a book and reading, I'm so tired of all this new technology, it's very helpful but can get overbearing at times. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. We should encourage our young ones to pick up a book and read again."

"It's like they went out of their way to make the experience as unpleasant as possible. No directory, very confusing layout, no tables or chairs at all except in the Starbucks section, which is quite crowded. I was very excited to see this place after a long hiatus and was prepared to buy from them. I could not find what I was looking for and I couldn't properly evaluate the selections I found comfortably. Very large store but not a destination unfortunately. Easier to browse and shop online sadly"
