Dunkin'

"this store refused to give me and my friends food because the place “was packed”, meanwhile the store was empty. We tried again and he still refused. Terrible customer service. I hate this man. Despite the food the man in the store was so rude, almost making me break down. I don’t know the reason why he was doing this but he needs to learn his lesson. This is not the first time this has happened. When my friends and I tried to order food again after already ordering he said, and I quote “Ugh this again” This man has glasses and has a beard and acne, and has a chubby face and body. This is making me want to stop coming to this specific location or maybe even dunkin all together. SOMEONE GET THIS MAN FIRED!!"

"WE NEED TO GET THIS GUY FIRED!!! THIS MAN HAS BEEN RUDE TO ME ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. REFUSED TO MAKE ME FOOD BECAUSE HE IS THE ONLY WORKER. EXCUSE ME? THIS IS YOUR JOB. I WAS NICE TO HIM. HE LITERALLY SERVES ADULTS THEIR FOOD BUT WHEN ITS ME AND MY FRIENDS HE REFUSES? HE ALSO TELLS ME IM ORDERING WRONG. HE IS A SHORT WHITE MAN WITH A BROWN BEARD AND GLASSES. HE BURNT MY BACON AND THERE IS HAIR IN IT!!!!! IF YOU SEE HIM. WALK. THE. OTHER. WAY!!!!!"

"The young man at the register was very rude and disgusting. Asked for assorted munchkins and forced us to buy the prepackaged ones. Also, I wanted a butter pecan latte and tried to use a premium sip reward not realizing that it wouldn’t work and he said “do you not know what a premium sip is? Read the fine print”. I indeed know what a premium sip is I just redeemed the wrong reward without realizing… no need to make a customer feel dumb and then force them to buy something they don’t want."

"I usually love DD. Must have been an off day. I only got an order of 50 munchkins and some were so tiny that I cannot believe they were selling them as such. Please see the pictures for details. I am sure they can do better."
