Starbucks

"Mobile ordered two of the same venti drinks with no ice. One came with ice and the other one didn’t. I asked one of the lady with light brown hair, braces, and lash extensions if I could have no ice in the one drink but wasn’t sure if that was policy for getting the same drink with the Thursday 50% one drink discount. She replied sharp with “it’s really not that big of a deal” and when I thanked her she just handed me the drink. It was not busy and there were no crowds and she still gave me attitude for no reason. People need to learn better customer service!!!"

"I've been drinking their coffee since they came on the scene but now I've given up on Starbucks. $ 4 + for a simple cup of black coffee, no cream, no sugar or anything else. It was nice while it lasted."

"My daughter placed a mobile order for a drink 30 minutes in advance because she knew they might be busy during that time. However, she waited for 10 minutes in the store and still didn't receive her drink. As we were in a rush, she decided to come out and let me pick it up later. But when I found out there weren't many people in the store, I knew something must have gone wrong with the order, possibly being taken by someone else. So we went back inside and explained our situation to them. The store wasn't busy, and they should have checked their system to confirm if they received my order. However, the boy in charge of making the drinks didn't check anything and just asked for proof that I hadn't entered the wrong address, mentioning there are two Starbucks in Livingston. I explained that my daughter orders drinks here 3-4 times a week and wouldn't make that mistake. I asked them to check their system to confirm. Since we were running out of time, and my daughter's camp was going to be late, I started to get a bit upset and spoke with urgency, but I didn't yell or use any foul language. However, the boy in charge of the drinks just stood there doing nothing and kept saying, "pls calm down. Pls wait." Later, another lady checked their system and found that they had indeed overlooked my order and promptly made us a drink."

"Hands-down my favorite Starbucks location is the one located in Millburn… The barista there is so cool & down to earth and always makes my coffee the right way! Caramel frappe with a sausage egg and cheese so yummy"

"Starbucks wasnt bad this morning...not bad at all... Finally out of my 3 star rut.....great service...even the weather started getting warmer...also note, look at the size of that cup only venti here...should keep me going for at least a few hours.."
