"I visited this cafe twice. But not satisfied. I ordered signature latte, and he gave me just latte. I felt like the employee had hearing issues. Manager need to understand this and should have scheduled someone else with him."

"Not sure what is going on at this location, but for the last couple of years it's been going downhill. My most recent visit was by far the worst. The man behind the counter was very nasty when I asked him if I can use the facilities as there was a bun rack blocking the way to the restrooms. He said no the bathrooms are put of order. Funny, because according to the health code a food service facility MUST have a working restroom. On a previous visit two young men were working the counter when one of them took a sticker off his sneaker and immediately made my coffee, without washing his hands!!! I had to show him how to properly wash his hands and explain to him how one must always wash their hands and change their gloves after each task. If you didn't realize it by now I'm a foodservice professional so I know what should be done and not done. Suffice it to say I will not return to this location again, not that it going to hurt their business just for my own peace of mind."

"Visited this location for a quick morning run and was pleased with the service provided. It appeared that staff were team players, staff was friendly and polite and the place was immaculately clean. I'm not a big coffee drunker, but when I do have it, it's only pumpkin spice. Delicious as always! I also ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and the gentleman put extra cheese spread which was nice. Thanks for great service!"
