"So, internet parts stores are a dime a dozen. What makes a great one? I made my annual order of brake parts for my car. One item is backordered, so they did a partial fulfillment and arranged for me to get the rest through another vendor. Everything shows up, but one set of dust boots is missing. Snap a pic of what I received and send them a note showing how the order appeared fulfilled, but wasn't. In the next 24 hours I received a prompt response and status updates on obtaining a replacement part. This is by far the best customer service I've received from a website. Prices are great.
