"We went last week, based on these reviews, as I have been wanting Mexican food but a little different from the usual. This was it! Quite good, charming hostess/owner. Really loved the "sopes" which was an oblong open-faced tortilla dish with fillings."

There were things on the menu that I had never eaten and decided to order like Huaraches, Sopes, and beef tongue tacos. Wow! Everything was super delicious, inexpensive, fresh, and flavorful. "7/16/20 - The food here is so good and the people are very friendly. Very authentic, great variety, and hefty portions at a great price. We especially love the tamales, which are served on Tuesday, Thursday, and weekends, but you gotta get 'em early, like lunchtime early, or you might miss out.
