"I love the store because I can always find something to my liking when I walk in. However, some of the employees lack professionalism. They need training on how to treat customers. I’ve witnessed employees answering customers questions and rolling their eyes when the customer walks away. I’ve asked the worker to use the fitting room to try on, the second time I asked her, it was as if I’m annoying her."

"Upon entry one is greeted by several very friendly staff. There were cute blouses, jackets/jackets, footwear, accessories and lingerie. Though I'm not plus sized, this was an ideal opportunity to browse, kill time and possibly pick up holiday presents."

"Today I entered Ashley Stewart feeling Bummed out and defeated. I was met by Lisa Paul at store 197 in East Orange NJ. She was very welcoming and pleasant. She remembered me from a previous shopping experience and knew I didn't like to shop. I told her my house burned down and while staying in a hotel someone stole my new clothes. She did a excellent job helping me in making a large purchase that I could not have done alone thanks again"
