Starbucks

"For the second time at this location it has taken more than 15 minutes to receive ONE drink order. I went back to give them another chance but it is absolutely ridiculous to pay $$ and wait that long for a drink that takes 2 minutes to make, especially when ordering on the app and getting an estimated time of 3 minutes for the order to be ready. I'm not sure what the issue at this particular store is. I used to be able to go in here during peak morning hours and have a drink within minutes, but now even when it seems slow it takes longer and longer for a drink to be made."

"Place is always dirty. The blond with the nose piercing was very rude and unwelcoming. This place is always closed early or all day with no explanation. Each time I order a coffee it’s order is wrong. I will be contacting upper management and corporate to express how inconsistent and horribly this location is being run."

"Please, either hire more people or discontinue the order ahead feature on the app. I always leave 20-25 minutes between when I order and when I need to get on a train and I still still have to wait for my coffee when I arrive. Frequently I just leave without it because I have a train to catch. I’m sure this is frustrating for everyone involved. Either find ways to be more efficient or stop over-promising."

"Overall Mason gave me the best customer service! She was understandable and re made my boyfriends drink. Such a lovely girl. Besides that the one black girl has a terrible attitude. If in Summit Starbucks have Mason make your drink."

"Very inconsistent. Some days, wonderful. But a majority of times, not so great. This morning, I am disappointed to see my $6 coffee not filled to the top of the cup. Sweet cream cold brew varies as well. We are very loyal to this Starbucks and the love is not received in return."
