"Big Apple has really gone down over the past few years. I ordered a Vodka pie and when I opened the box. The sauce had spilled everywhere and the cheese was swimming on the bread. When I picked up a slice the sauce and cheese spilled everywhere and I was left with bread. The manager kindly replaced it, however they really need to do better."
