"Such a cute store, but I was not very pleased with my experience today. I was shopping yesterday and when I got home, there was a necklace in the bag that I had not intended to buy. At first, I was horrified thinking my toddler had put it in the bag and that we had “stolen” it, but then I saw it on the receipt. I don’t know how it ended up on the counter. I remember thinking the bill was a bit high, but I did buy several things, so I just kind of assumed like everything these days—it’s all so expensive. Anyway, I went back today to return it with the receipt and they would not give me a refund. Just a store credit. The woman behind the counter said that there is no option on the register to issue a refund, but then she said that if I had noticed the mistake right away, maybe they could have helped me. So I guess there is a way to issue the refund? It has not even been 24 hours. I just think this policy should be better advertised. Returning an item, with a receipt, within one day—you should be able to get a refund. I might shop at this store once every few years, so definitely disappointed. Not sure I’ll be back after I use the store credit."
